Caring for your Truffuls™?

Woods react to bright light. Some exotic, highly colored woods may lose their ’fresh cut” color if left in strong sunlight for any length of time. Colors can darken or lighten depending on the species. Extreme exposure to sun can also dry out and/or crack some woods.

If you want to display your Trufful™ in a window, please pick a location that does not receive direct sunlight.

Your Trufful™ should not need anything beyond a gentle dusting with a lint free cloth from time to time. Avoid using household cleaners/waxes or water.

finialThe finials on your Truffuls™ are delicate, some being as thin as 1/8” wide (as seen in this actual-size image). Avoid handling your Truffuls™ by the finial. Use the hanger or gently cradle the globe in your hand. Wipe away fingerprints as the oils in your hands can dull the finish.
